Before turning to the concept of e-marketing first we have to refer to the basic two concepts that built the e-marketing which are the marketing and the Internet.

The marketing considers one of the most important administrative functions for any organization supports the success and the achievement of general objectives, ability of any organization on the production of goods and services be limited unless accompanied by a marketing effective effort help to determine the needs of the consumer and increase sales and profitability that any organization seek for,  The enormous development of the means of communication contributes in adducting the  two parties to the exchange and easy mobility of benefits between producers and consumers, by the Internet, so that the world has become called small village that the contribution of the services and privileges, so, the success of the e-commerce depends on deep understanding of the concepts of marketing and its components and find out his ideas to be applied on the Internet to promote goods and services and ideas effectively.
